Our partners at the San Antonio Northside Lions Club hold a collection drive on the 4th Saturday of every month. Drop off items and donations from 9-11 AM and meet the Lions in person.
They are collecting year-round:
Food pantry items - beans, rice, vermicelli, ramen, peanut butter, almond butter, jelly, pancake mix, cereal cups, mac and cheese, men's 3-in-1 body wash.
Garments and personal care - gently used clean clothing and coats (all ages), new undergarments and socks (unopened packages), and hygiene items (hand soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and brushes, floss, lotion, shower gel).
School supplies - washable markers, crayons, colored pencils, pencils, round-tip scissors, composition notebooks.
Eyeglasses - have old glasses sitting in a drawer? Bring them to donate to the Lions state-wide eyeglass recycling center, so someone in need can receive the gift of clear sight.
